In this role, you will support one of the world's leading search engines, helping users navigate technical tools and optimizing their online experience.

The Role

• Technical Assistance: Provide high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking users regarding search functionality, account configurations, and digital tools.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat with precision and clarity.
• Product Optimization: Identify user patterns and technical bugs, collaborating with internal teams to help improve platform performance.
• Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions within the internal CRM system.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work Model: This is a full-time, 100% on-site role based in our modern, high-tech hub.

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native Norwegian: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
• English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to easily navigate technical training and global systems.
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Technical Mindset: Comfortable troubleshooting software, understanding basic web logic, or working with digital platforms.
• Problem Solver: A logical thinker who stays calm under pressure and enjoys cracking technical issues.
