Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Danish Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join a growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be working for a worldwide leading company within a vibrant, multicultural environment. Your primary responsibility will be to moderate user-generated back-office information, content, and advertisements to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines. Please note that the content may occasionally include sensitive material, such as violence.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Review user-generated back-office information, content, and ads to ensure compliance with established policies.
• Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks.
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate and consistent implementation.
• Identify and analyze behavior patterns to proactively address potential risks and improve decision-making.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (C1) and a minimum of B2 proficiency in English.
• Cultural Awareness: Strong knowledge of pop culture, global events, and the culture of the Danish market.
• Core Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management to handle shifting priorities and high volumes of work.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to defend moderation decisions, provide context in your thought process, and identify behavioral patterns.
• Experience (Asset): Prior experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is highly valued.
