Are you fluent in German and passionate about the travel, hospitality, and tourism industry? We are seeking enthusiastic customer advisors to join our international team based in vibrant Porto, Portugal.

In this role, you will assist travelers with booking management, itinerary planning, and customer support for leading global travel platforms, airlines, or online travel agencies (OTAs). Full relocation support—including provided accommodation—is included to make your transition to Porto smooth and hassle-free!

The Role

• Customer Advisory: Provide high-quality assistance to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Booking & Changes: Handle reservations, schedule modifications, cancellations, refunds, and special service requests efficiently using global distribution/reservation software.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve travel-related inquiries, itinerary disruptions, and emergency rebook requests with care, patience, and attention to detail.
• Product Knowledge: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel guidelines, policy details, and loyalty programs.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Porto, Portugal.
• Work Model: Modern Office-based setup in central Porto.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native German (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
• Eligibility: Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Work/Residence Permit allowing employment in Portugal.
• Soft Skills: Passion for travel, strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication, and active listening skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with computer systems, multiple screens, and basic CRM software.
