We are seeking charismatic, enthusiastic, and professional Russian Speaking Game Presenters to join a leading B2B iGaming provider at their state-of-the-art live casino studios in Bucharest, Romania. In this highly engaging role, you will be the face of the brand, hosting and dealing popular live casino games on-camera for real-time online players worldwide. This position requires a vibrant screen presence, exceptional service standards, and the flexibility to operate within a fast-paced, 24/7 broadcasting environment.

Location & Work Mode

• Work Mode: On-site Studio (Full-time position based in a premium, live-broadcast corporate studio).

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Host, present, and professionally deal a variety of live-streamed casino games live on camera.
• Interact dynamically with players via digital interfaces, creating an energetic, welcoming, and high-quality entertainment experience.
• Maintain absolute adherence to gaming regulations, security protocols, and studio presentation standards.
• Cooperate closely with floor managers, studio engineers, and chat moderators to resolve game pacing or technical hiccups seamlessly.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Strong Russian (C1 level) paired with conversational English skills (B1/B2 level).
• Aesthetics & Appearance: A natural camera-ready appearance. To meet strict broadcasting standards, candidates must have no visible tattoos, piercings, braces, or glasses while on-camera.
• Core Traits: Confident, proactive, and outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication instincts.
• Flexibility: Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment and working rotational 24/7 shifts.
• Experience: No previous dealing experience is required! Fully paid comprehensive studio training is provided.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time hours operating on a 24/7 rotating shift system (8 hours per shift, includes morning, afternoon, and overnight cycles)

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Salary: €828 Net monthly base salary up to €1,008 Net per month (+ performance bonuses).

  • Document/Visa Pathway Note: Work permit and visa infrastructure support is tailored specifically for Ukrainian citizens (holding or eligible for Temporary Protection) or Moldovan citizens.
• For Domestic Candidates (Relocating within Romania):
  • A lump-sum relocation allowance of 2,850 RON Net paid out alongside your first monthly salary (company accommodation is not included in the domestic package).
