We are seeking a professional Norwegian-speaking Chat Support Specialist for a 100% remote, digital-first position within the Greek territory. In this role, you will handle zero phone calls, focusing entirely on delivering high-quality, written assistance to Norwegian consumers. Key Responsibilities

• Digital Multitasking: Manage multiple simultaneous live chat conversations and email threads in Norwegian with speed and accuracy.
• Written Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries regarding order modifications, account billing, subscription statuses, and shipping updates with perfect grammar and a professional tone.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through digital platform configurations, password resets, and basic app or website troubleshooting via text-based instructions.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent global household brands by providing helpful, empathetic, and solution-oriented written responses.
• CRM Logging: Meticulously document chat summaries and customer details in the internal database to ensure team-wide service continuity.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Norwegian with exceptional written communication skills, alongside professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Home Office: A quiet, private workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (full corporate hardware and external monitors are provided and shipped directly to you).
• Skills: Excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively between different chat windows.
