Czech Speaking Automotive Customer Support Advisor

Mluvíte plynně česky? We're hiring a fully remote automotive customer support advisor for Czech-speaking customers of a globally recognised vehicle brand. Work from home anywhere in Greece.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
• Interest in the automotive industry or vehicle technology
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
• Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

• Support Czech-speaking customers with vehicle-related inquiries, warranties, and service bookings
• Assist with roadside assistance requests and ownership queries
• Guide customers through digital tools and owner portals
• Coordinate with dealership networks and technical specialists on escalations
• Maintain high quality and accuracy in all customer interactions
