Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Interest in consumer goods or FMCG industry
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Handle German-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve product, order, and account-related queries professionally
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Contribute to team quality targets and customer satisfaction goals
