A leading global customer experience provider is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. Supporting a premium consumer brand, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality, personalized support to ensure long-term customer loyalty and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Provide expert assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Inbound & Outbound: Handle both incoming inquiries and proactive outbound contacts to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent premium products and services with confidence, expertise, and a professional tone.
  • Resolution Focus: Aim for high-quality service with a strong emphasis on first-contact resolution.
  • Order & Account Management: Assist users with product inquiries, order tracking, and account-related topics.
  • Retention & Sales: Identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling based on individual customer preferences.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal quality processes.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
  • Versatility: Capable of handling both service-oriented and sales-oriented conversations.
  • Interest: A genuine interest in premium products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What is Offered

  • Position: Full-time on-site role in Lisbon (40 hours per week).
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday) between 07:00 and 19:00.
  • Training: Approximately 11 working days of paid comprehensive training.
