Danish-Speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialist – Lisbon, Portugal

A leading global customer experience provider is recruiting Danish-speaking specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. Supporting a fast-growing subscription-based service, you will play a critical role in re-engaging former members and managing existing accounts to ensure a high-quality customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Reactivation Outreach: Contact former or inactive customers via outbound calls to understand their needs and encourage them to restart their subscriptions.
  • Customer Support: Assist existing members via email and chat with professional and engaging service.
  • Subscription Management: Help users manage their accounts, including plan updates, delivery tracking, and general account maintenance.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to improve their overall experience.
  • Service Quality: Maintain high standards of communication and contribute directly to customer retention and satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support, sales, or contact centers is an advantage.
  • Communication: Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, particularly comfortable with outbound calling.
  • Mindset: Customer-focused, problem-solving oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable using multiple digital communication channels and tools simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Positive attitude and a strong sense of team collaboration.
