Key Responsibilities

• Quality Excellence: Maintain the high service standards associated with Danish consumer expectations, ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
• Digital Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Home Office: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (company hardware is provided and shipped directly to your door).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Aptitude: Comfort using modern digital tools and navigating multiple software interfaces simultaneously.
