Job Overview

We are seeking a business-oriented Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading global customer experience provider in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients utilizing self-service digital advertising solutions to grow their online presence. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Support small and medium-sized business clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with initial account setup, platform navigation, and general technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support for self-service digital advertising products.
  • Guide business clients on how to use campaign management tools effectively to optimize their online marketing efforts.
  • Track and identify recurring issues or platform trends affecting multiple corporate accounts.
  • Share actionable customer feedback and product insights with internal teams to drive continuous service improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken Dutch paired with good English skills for internal corporate communication.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Aptitude: Highly comfortable working with digital marketing tools, internet platforms, and multi-screen systems.
  • Core Competencies: Customer-oriented mindset with a clear, professional communication style and the ability to manage client issues independently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational schedules, which include evening and weekend shifts.
  • Experience (Advantage): Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact center or B2B support environment, is preferred.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) operating on a rotational shift schedule.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary Options:

    • €1,350.00 Gross per month (with permanent company-provided accommodation included).
    • €1,609.00 Gross per month (without company-provided accommodation).
