Languages Offered
To be eligible, you must speak at least one of the following languages at a native or fluent level, along with a good working knowledge of English:

The Relocation Package

Your Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the friendly voice representing world-famous brands in industries like technology, travel, fashion, or entertainment.
- Assisting customers via incoming phone calls, emails, or live chat (no cold calling).
- Helping users resolve account issues, track shipments, or troubleshoot technical queries.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing helpful, polite, and efficient support.
- Working closely with an international team of colleagues from across Europe.
