Role Overview

An exciting opportunity is open for a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join a global customer experience leader on a dynamic e-commerce project in sunny Lisbon. In this role, you will safeguard the integrity of a popular digital marketplace by ensuring that user-generated content, products, and services align perfectly with legal guidelines and platform policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Content Screening: Review and moderate user-generated content across various media types on the e-commerce platform.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all listings and user uploads meet safety, quality, and legal regulations.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex violations or sensitive issues in compliance with internal procedures.
• Metric Driven Performance: Maintain high accuracy and strong attention to detail while meeting baseline latency and quality targets.
• Seasonal Adaptation: Quickly adapt to policy changes and handle variable workflow spikes during promotional shopping seasons.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Native-level fluency in Czech alongside a strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Skills: Excellent communication, sound decision-making capabilities, and a sharp eye for detail.
• Platform Familiarity: A solid understanding or background in digital e-commerce marketplaces.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 rotative shifts and two rotative days off per week.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Preferred: Prior background in content moderation, online customer support, or digital trust and safety workflows is an asset.
