The Role

• Inbound Support: Handle inquiries from French-speaking customers via phone, email, or live chat.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve issues related to product features, billing, or general account questions with efficiency and a positive attitude.
• Quality Excellence: Maintain high standards of service to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Technical Guidance: Assist users with basic troubleshooting and navigation of company platforms.

Working Model

• Location: Based in Lisbon.
• Flexibility: This role offers the choice between working in our modern Lisbon office or a remote work model (must be resident in Portugal).

What We Offer

• Salary: €1,000 – €1,300 Gross monthly.
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time).

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native French: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
• English Proficiency: B2 level for training materials and internal coordination.

• Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently if remote.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
