About the Role

We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Italian-Speaking B2B Advertising Specialist to join an innovative and fast-growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity for someone passionate about digital advertising and B2B sales, where you will be responsible for supporting Italian-speaking business clients in developing and optimising their online advertising strategies to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking B2B clients, guiding them through advertising solutions and platforms
• Consult with business clients to understand their marketing goals and recommend tailored advertising strategies
• Manage and optimise client advertising campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing client accounts
• Conduct outreach to prospective business clients and present advertising solutions persuasively
• Meet and exceed individual revenue and performance targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and campaign data in the CRM system
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital advertising and online marketing

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written
• Proficient level of English
• Experience in digital advertising, online marketing, or B2B sales is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
