About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and digitally-minded Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting a leading global online advertising platform. In this role, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them set up, navigate, and optimise their self-service digital advertising solutions to grow their online presence and achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking SMB clients via phone, email, and chat with queries related to online advertising products and services
• Assist clients with account setup, product usage, and general troubleshooting
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service digital advertising tools
• Guide clients on best practices to improve the performance of their online campaigns
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with the platform's advertising solutions
• Accurately log all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
• Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and digital advertising trends

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written
• Proficient level of English
• Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, or e-commerce
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven international environment
• Previous experience in customer service or digital advertising is an advantage but not required
