Role Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Spanish Speaking B2B Sales Specialist and take charge of business growth within the Iberian and Latin American markets. Based in our state-of-the-art Bulgarian office, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new advertisers, optimizing their existing campaigns, and ensuring long-term client success through the expert use of Google Ads and data-driven marketing.
Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or C1 proficiency in Spanish; strong command of English.
- Legal Status: EU Citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit is mandatory.
- Sales DNA: Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within the tech or media sector.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Display, Video).
Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to translate technical ad metrics into clear business benefits for the client.
- High level of organization and time management to handle a large volume of client accounts.
- Resilience and a proactive approach to troubleshooting campaign performance.
