Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level); good English skills required
  • Interest in telecommunications, mobile services, or internet technology
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
  • Relocation to Greece is mandatory - relocation package provided
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Support German-speaking customers with mobile, internet, and account-related inquiries
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity, billing, and service issues
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps clearly and patiently
  • Process service changes, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
