Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level); good English skills required
- Interest in telecommunications, mobile services, or internet technology
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Relocation to Greece is mandatory - relocation package provided
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers with mobile, internet, and account-related inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, billing, and service issues
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps clearly and patiently
- Process service changes, upgrades, and cancellations
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations

- Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month
