A leading customer experience provider in Portugal is recruiting specialized B2B Support Advisors for a global digital advertising platform. This role is based in Lisbon and focuses on providing real-time technical and campaign assistance to advertisers and sales teams.
Your Role
- Real-time Support: Assist B2B clients (sales teams and advertisers) exclusively via live chat.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve platform-related issues, ensuring fast and accurate solutions.
- Case Management: Use ticketing tools to document, track, and manage customer interactions.
- Escalation: Identify and forward complex or highly technical cases to the appropriate specialist teams.
- Knowledge Management: Stay updated on the latest platform features, tools, and digital advertising trends.
- Service Quality: Maintain high standards of responsiveness and professional accuracy.
Your Qualifications
- Language Requirement: Native or C2-level Austrian German is mandatory (candidates must be familiar with Austrian linguistic nuances and local expressions).
- English Proficiency: B2 level for internal communication.
- Experience: Minimum 2.5 years in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support.
- Channel Expertise: Prior experience with B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Mindset: Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced, structured support environment.
