Your Responsibilities

• Content Review: Moderate digital advertisements, including text, images, videos, and audio, to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Decision Making: Approve, reject, or label campaigns based on safety policies.
• Ticketing & Support: Respond to internal inquiries via email and specialized ticketing systems.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate moderation logs and create reports on identified policy violations.
• Collaboration: Manage your own task queue while working closely with your team to maintain high quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or C2-level German and B2/C1 English for internal communication.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Bulgaria.
• Cultural Context: Deep understanding of German/DACH cultural, social, and political contexts.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, objective decision-making, and proficiency in Google Drive/MS Excel.
• Tech-Savvy: Awareness of digital trends, social media, and pop culture.
