Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic German Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a leading digital solutions provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a high-profile project with the world's largest search engine, you will provide expert, non-technical troubleshooting and customer care for a variety of innovative digital products, services, and platforms (including Google Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies). You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving product value.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, high-quality customer support, maintaining an exceptional customer satisfaction rate.
  • Master and efficiently utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and specific customer service tools tailored to user needs.
  • Engage with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), leveraging a comprehensive internal knowledge base and established protocols.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for first-call resolution, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, exchange knowledge, and contribute positively to overall team dynamics.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Core Competencies: Strong active listening, interpersonal skills, and a deeply customer-focused orientation.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, find creative solutions, and explain complex concepts simply and clearly.

Shifts & Contract Conditions

  • Contract Options: Flexible contract conditions are available, including temporary employment and part-time options.
  • Note: Standard shift details match ongoing project and business operational hours.

  • Base Salary: €1,500 Gross per month.
