About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting one of the world's leading search engine platforms. In this role, you will assist German-speaking users and businesses with their queries, ensuring they get the most out of the platform while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound contacts from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat regarding search engine products and services
• Provide clear, accurate, and helpful guidance to users experiencing platform-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases where necessary
• Educate customers on platform features, tools, and best practices
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction across all interactions
• Accurately log all customer contacts and resolutions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge and improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written
• Proficient level of English
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of internet products and digital tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not required
