Are you a detail-oriented German speaker who enjoys keeping things moving? We're hiring a fully remote logistics and supply chain support specialist to assist German-speaking customers with transport and delivery services — work from anywhere in Greece.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Interest in logistics, supply chain, or transport services
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking customers with shipment tracking, delivery queries, and claims
  • Resolve logistics and transport-related issues efficiently
  • Liaise with carriers and internal operations teams on escalated cases
  • Proactively update customers on their shipment status
  • Maintain accurate records of all cases in the system
