About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused German-Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist to join a thriving international team in Sofia — Bulgaria's cosmopolitan capital, known for its rich history, affordable living, and rapidly growing business landscape. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service while actively identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and inquiries from German-speaking customers, handling topics such as service information, account management, and billing
• Assess customer needs and offer the most suitable products or service upgrades
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during each interaction
• Meet and exceed monthly individual sales targets and KPIs
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to maintain high service quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written
• Communicative level of English
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for sales and customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is beneficial but not required
