Introduction A leading Outsourcing/BPO company is recruiting German-speaking Video Content Analysts for its office in the Santos district of Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of video content on a major digital platform, making critical decisions to protect the online community.

Your Role * Content Moderation: Review and assess user-reported video content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and legal standards.

• Compliance Enforcement: Apply corrective measures and take decisive action on violations found within the monitored content.
• Process Optimization: Propose improvements to existing content moderation workflows and guidelines.
• Sensitive Content Handling: Maintain professional objectivity when dealing with sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
• Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure high-quality decision-making to maintain the platform's integrity.

Your Requirements * Language Skills: Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2).

• Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to classify content objectively.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, quick learner, and adaptable to evolving policies.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the EU.
• Flexibility: Available for rotating shifts, including occasional weekends (latest shifts end at 11 PM).
