Introduction A global leader in customer experience is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a work-from-home role based in Portugal. This position supports a prominent digital payment and point-of-sale (POS) solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses. You will play a vital role in helping business owners manage transactions and technical operations.

Responsibilities * Omnichannel Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with a professional and helpful approach.

  • Onboarding & Setup: Help new users with account creation and initial system onboarding.
  • Logistics & Orders: Provide support for product orders, deliveries, and related logistics questions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Solve issues related to the digital application, payment devices, and various accessories.
  • Financial Assistance: Handle queries regarding transactions, deposits, and financial activity reports.
  • Issue Escalation: Forward complex cases to the relevant internal teams for resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions while following internal guidelines.

Requirements * Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and a good command of English.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or service-oriented roles is an advantage.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable using multiple digital tools and software systems.
  • Independence: Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
