Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Danish (C2) and a good command of English (B2).
• Communication: Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Empathetic, customer-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with rotating shifts and weekend schedules.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
