- Multichannel Support: Provide outstanding assistance to users via phone, chat, email, and social media.

- Financial Queries: Guide customers through payment issues, subscription changes (renewals, pauses, or cancellations), and refunds.
- Data Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Reporting: Identify and report recurring trends or bugs to improve the overall service quality.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or fluent Danish (C2) and a good command of English (B2).
- Communication: Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Empathetic, customer-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with rotating shifts and weekend schedules.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
