Your Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide 1st-level IT assistance via phone, email, chat, and self-service portals.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, identifying root causes.
• Incident Management: Track and manage incidents using internal IT service management (ITSM) systems like ServiceNow.
• Problem Solving: Maintain a high first-time resolution rate using internal tools and knowledge bases.
• Collaboration: Assist users with system access and day-to-day technical issues, escalating complex cases to 2nd-level support when necessary.
• Documentation: Ensure all requests are properly categorized and documented.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent Danish (C1 or higher) and strong English skills.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
• Experience: Previous experience in IT support (1st or 2nd level) is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
