Customer Service Consultant – Rent-a-Car Industry (German & English)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Office-based)

Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Consultants to join our vibrant team in Sofia, supporting one of the world's leading rent-a-car brands.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring international clients receive a premium experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers via phone and email with vehicle bookings, rental modifications, and general inquiries.
  • Providing clear, professional information regarding rental policies, insurance options, and billing.
  • Resolving customer concerns and post-rental queries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth logistics and high customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in German, alongside a strong working command (B2 or higher) of English.
  • Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to comfortably navigate multiple computer systems and CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service, tourism, or the automotive/rental industry is a plus but not mandatory—full training is provided!
