About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven German-Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist to join a growing international team in Ruse, one of Bulgaria's most vibrant cities on the Danube River. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service while leveraging every interaction to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from German-speaking customers regarding products, services, and account management
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual KPIs and sales targets
• Accurately log customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written
• Communicative level of English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a target-oriented environment
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not mandatory
