Danish-Speaking Customer Care Specialist – Digital Payments – Remote (Portugal)
Introduction
Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists. This is a fully remote role within Portugal, supporting a digital payments and point-of-sale (POS) solution used by small and medium-sized businesses. It is an ideal position for those who enjoy helping businesses grow through technical and financial support.
Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Provide high-quality assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Onboarding: Guide new users through account setup and initial onboarding processes.
- Logistics & Orders: Assist customers with product orders, tracking, and delivery inquiries.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Solve issues related to the application, payment devices, and related accessories.
- Financial Assistance: Address questions regarding transactions, daily deposits, and financial activity reports.
- Issue Escalation: Coordinate with specialized teams to resolve complex customer problems.
- Data Integrity: Maintain detailed records of all interactions following internal security procedures.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent/Native Danish (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a service-oriented role is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear, professional communication.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using multiple digital systems and troubleshooting technical topics.
- Independence: Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
- Teamwork: Adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
