Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Czech Speaking Social Media Content Moderator to join a leading global BPO consultancy in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support a major social media giant by monitoring and evaluating user-generated content and advertisements for the Czech market. Your primary focus will be to ensure a safe online environment by making policy-based decisions regarding reported material.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly examine reported user-generated content—including images, videos, text, and advertisements—to ensure compliance with legal standards and platform policies.
  • Evaluate advertisements to verify they meet legal regulations and remain free from misleading, inappropriate, or harmful material.
  • Utilize internal specialized tools and resources to investigate reported platform violations, verify claims, and execute corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all moderation activities and compile reports on findings to help identify emerging trends or safety patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal legal and compliance teams to resolve complex cases and support future policy improvements.
  • Adapt quickly to updates in legal regulations and platform guidelines to maintain highly effective moderation standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Czech with a strong command of English (B2 level).
  • Decision-making: Proven ability to make objective, rule-based decisions firmly aligned with established policies and guidelines.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Shift Patterns: Operational schedule runs on weekly rotating shifts covering a 24/7 timeline (Monday to Sunday) to support ongoing line operating hours.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary Options: * €1,068.67 Gross per month (with company-provided room included).

    • €1,270.50 Gross per month (without company-provided room).
  • Contract: 12-month temporary contract, transitioning to permanent after 2 years.
  • Training: Comprehensive initial training of approximately 15 working days (compensated at 50%).
