Location: Nationwide, Ireland (Relocation Required) Contract Type: Permanent Full-time
Kats Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join well-established private healthcare providers across Ireland. This role involves supporting individuals with complex needs, fostering a protective environment, and facilitating recovery and independence.

Salary: €38,000 annually.

Strict Requirements & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must strictly meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Experience: 3+ months of experience with disabilities, autism, or similar conditions is required.

Nationality & Eligibility: EU / UK Passport Holders Only.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work.
- A Social Educator qualification is also accepted.
- Note: Candidates will initially be offered Direct Support Worker (DSW) roles with the corresponding salary while awaiting CORU registration to practice in Ireland.

Driving License: A Full Manual Driving License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Care & Support: Provide high-quality care to patients with various conditions, including intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.
- Assessment & Planning: Collaborate on clinical assessments and behavior plans to support individual progress.
- Development: Facilitate educational and social activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Safety: Foster a safe, protective, and confidential environment for all clients.
