Introduction

We are partnering with a global IT services and digital transformation leader to recruit German-speaking Video Content Analysts for a project supporting one of the world's largest streaming platforms. Based in Lisbon (Oeiras/Lagoas Park), this role is essential for maintaining the safety and quality of digital advertising and video content. It is a stable, entry-level opportunity for those with a neutral mindset and high attention to detail who want to work in an international digital environment.

Your Role

  • Content Moderation: Review online advertisements and video content inside a global streaming service to ensure compliance with client guidelines.
  • Safety Enforcement: Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content to protect user safety.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all reviewed advertisements match local German legislation and specific internal guidelines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze content according to the target audience and leverage cultural insights to make accurate market-specific evaluations.
  • Consistency: Maintain high accuracy and consistency in decision-making according to established project protocols.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or C1/C2 level proficiency in German and at least a B2 level in English.
  • Attributes: Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Mindset: A neutral mindset toward alternative video content and the resilience to review potentially sensitive or graphic material.
  • Adaptability: A quick learner who can easily adapt to new processes, concepts, and policy changes.
  • Experience: No previous experience is required (fresh graduates are welcome), though up to 12 months in content moderation is accepted.
  • Location: Must be willing to work fully on-site in Lisbon.

The Offer

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (some versions of this role may involve rotational 24/7 shifts).
