About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a growing international team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting one of the world's most widely used search engine platforms. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Dutch-speaking users, helping them navigate the platform, resolve issues, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat regarding search engine products and services
• Provide clear, accurate, and helpful guidance on platform-related queries and issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases where necessary
• Educate users on platform features, tools, and best practices to enhance their experience
• Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction across all interactions
• Accurately log all contacts and resolutions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written
• Proficient level of English
• Strong communication skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of internet products and digital tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not required
