Dutch Global E-Commerce Content Moderator (Lisbon)

In this role, you will work behind the scenes for a leading global social media and shopping ecosystem, shaping a safe and high-quality environment for millions of e-commerce users.

The Role

  • Content Review: Monitor, analyze, and moderate user-generated e-commerce content (product listings, text, images, and videos) to ensure strict compliance with platform policies and community standards.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and efficiently remove inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful content to protect consumers and brand integrity.
  • Quick Decision-Making: Make fast, accurate evaluations based on established guidelines in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal quality assurance teams to help refine moderation guidelines and platform safety features.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern, multicultural office hub.

What We Offer

  • Salary: €1,000 – €1,600 Gross monthly (aligned with our Dutch speaker bracket).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends).

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native Dutch: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for training materials and internal global communications.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent critical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Resilience: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a high volume of digital content with objectivity.
