Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaker

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing international team in Portugal. Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch

• Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely responses to customer questions and concerns

• Troubleshoot issues, process requests, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system

• Meet individual and team performance targets including quality scores and response times

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

• Stay up to date with product and service knowledge to provide informed assistance

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level or native) – both written and spoken

• Good command of English (B2 or higher) for internal communication

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or a similar role is a plus but not required

• Important: We can only proceed with EU nationals or candidates who hold a valid work permit for Portugal
