We are seeking a professional German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to represent one of the world's leading airline groups at our state-of-the-art office hub in Athens. Key Responsibilities
- Passenger Assistance: Manage incoming inquiries from German-speaking passengers via phone, email, and digital chat channels, delivering a premium service experience.
- Flight & Booking Management: Process new flight reservations, handle modifications, cancellations, upgrades, and specialized seating or meal requests.
- Disruption Coordination: Provide calm, empathetic, and rapid solutions during flight delays, cancellations, or adverse weather conditions, including rebooking and luggage tracking assistance.
- Frequent Flyer Support: Assist members of elite loyalty programs with mileage redemption, account management, and exclusive tier benefits.
- System Operations: Utilize global aviation software (such as Amadeus or Sabre) and CRM systems to manage passenger data and ticketing accurately.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level German and professional proficiency in English.
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, customer-centric approach.
- Aptitude: Strong multitasking abilities, a passion for the travel and tourism sector, and comfort navigating complex software interfaces.
- Experience: Previous experience in the aviation industry, tourism, or premium hospitality is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
