Introduction
We are partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit French-speaking Advisors for an on-site role in Braga. In this position, you will support users of a financial application, helping them manage their savings goals while providing expert guidance on energy sector solutions. This role combines high-quality customer support with consultative advisory interactions.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist users via inbound and outbound calls regarding their savings goals and application usage.
- Service Advisory: Provide professional guidance on available financial services and sector-specific solutions (energy).
- Upselling & Promotion: Identify customer needs and promote alternative contract options or services using consultative sales techniques.
- Information Management: Use internal tools to deliver accurate, relevant, and comprehensive information to every customer.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to internal procedures and maintain high-quality communication standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native French (C2) and a good level of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, or sales is a distinct advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Versatility: Comfortable balancing both support-oriented assistance and performance-driven sales conversations.
- Mindset: Target-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
