Dutch Speaking Warranty & Consumer Protection Support Specialist

Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy helping customers protect their purchases? We're looking for a Dutch-speaking warranty and consumer protection support specialist to join our team on-site in Athens, Greece.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess product issues
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
• Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

• Handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries about warranty coverage and claims
• Assess and process warranty requests accurately and within set timelines
• Guide customers through the claims process step by step
• Liaise with repair centres and logistics partners
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty cases
