Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1/C2); good command of English
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for e-commerce and fashion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced support environment
• Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with orders, returns, deliveries, and account queries
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams on order status updates
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Identify patterns in common issues and flag to team leads

What we offer

• Salary: €1,300 gross/month
• Performance bonus depending on project
