Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic French Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join a growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Working for a worldwide leading company within a multicultural environment, your primary role will be to moderate user-generated back-office information, advertisements, and content to ensure full compliance with established policies and guidelines. Please note that the material being reviewed is highly dynamic and may occasionally include sensitive elements, such as violence.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Review user-generated back-office information, content, and advertisements to ensure alignment with established policies.
• Take prompt, decisive, and appropriate action on any information that violates guidelines or poses potential safety risks.
• Stay continuously updated on internal policy adjustments to guarantee accurate and uniform implementation.
• Identify, analyze, and report behavioral patterns to proactively address risks.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1) with a B2 or higher proficiency in English.
• Cultural Competence: Solid knowledge of pop culture, global events, and the specific nuances of the French-speaking market.
• Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, paired with strong organizational and time management skills to successfully handle high volumes of work and shifting priorities.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify behavioral patterns for improved decision-making and confidently provide context/rationale behind your choices.
• Experience (Asset): Prior experience investigating spam, fraud, or other types of inappropriate digital information is considered a plus.

• Base Salary: €1,485 Gross per month.
