Your Responsibilities * Multichannel Engagement: Provide high-quality support via outbound calls, email, and chat.

• Customer Reactivation: Reach out to former or inactive customers to understand their needs and encourage them to re-engage with the service.
• Subscription Management: Assist users with managing their plans, account updates, and delivery schedules.
• Problem Solving: Identify specific customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Brand Representation: Maintain high service quality standards and contribute to long-term customer retention.

Requirements * Languages: Fluency in Swedish (C1/C2) and a good command of English.

• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with digital tools and performing in a target-driven environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer support, or contact centers is an advantage but not mandatory.
