German-Speaking B2B Sales Representative – Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid/Remote)
Role Overview Join a global digital sales and marketing leader to manage inbound and outbound B2B activities within the tech and digital advertising sector. In this role, you will connect with business clients across multiple channels, identifying growth opportunities and expanding relationships for high-profile tech brands.
Your Responsibilities * B2B Engagement: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, video, and social media.
- Relationship Growth: Connect with decision-makers to understand business needs and uncover growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Use prospecting tools to identify new contacts and expand your portfolio.
- Pipeline Management: Track opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle and maintain an accurate CRM (Salesforce).
- Onboarding Transition: Qualify leads and transition them to the onboarding team for a seamless customer journey.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and report on KPIs and SLAs within a dynamic sales environment.
Requirements * Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Bulgaria.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the tech or digital advertising sector is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a strong understanding of sales funnels and qualification methodologies.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Weekdays only).
