Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B interactions via phone, email, video, and social media.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize advanced lead generation and prospecting tools to expand your client portfolio.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking all opportunities through every stage of the sales cycle.
- Ensure all interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding team for a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Prior experience in the tech or digital advertising industry is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, prospecting techniques, and qualification methodologies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and a general tech-savvy mindset.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or advertising platforms is a significant advantage.
