We are seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative to support our Francophone market from our modern offices in Portugal. You will be responsible for managing diverse customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), ensuring that every interaction meets our gold-standard service benchmarks.
Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native-level fluency in French; Upper-Intermediate English (B2).
- Legal Status: EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is essential.
- Communication: Ability to express complex information clearly and politely.
- Availability: Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment (including weekends).
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma (Bachelors degree is an advantage).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic understanding of digital tools and internet-based platforms.
