Your Responsibilities

• Inbound Management: Handle incoming customer inquiries and calls through the dedicated CRM portal.
• Order Administration: Process customer orders and create price quotations directly within the SAP system.
• Logistics Communication: Track delivery timelines and manage customer expectations professionally.
• Product Consultations: Provide expert product guidance based on catalog-level knowledge.
• Technical Assistance: Offer first-level technical support to help clients identify the best products and solutions for their needs.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent or bilingual in both Dutch and French, alongside an advanced level of English.
• Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment: A strong interest in technical topics and a willingness to commit to the project long-term (2+ years).
• Skills: Excellent communication, customer orientation, commercial awareness, and a business-focused mindset.
