Role Overview

Your goal is to deliver a high-quality journey for Norwegian users by managing active accounts and proactively re-engaging former customers to help them rediscover the value of the service.

Your Responsibilities

• Multichannel Engagement: Deliver professional and helpful support via outbound calls, email, and live chat.
• Customer Reactivation: Reach out to former or inactive subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to reactivate their service.
• Account Management: Assist with subscription plans, delivery schedules, and general account updates.
• Solution-Oriented Support: Identify specific customer concerns and offer suitable alternatives to improve their overall experience.
• Retention & Growth: Play a key role in customer retention and contribute to the brand's success in the Norwegian market.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Skills: Strong persuasion and communication skills, particularly for outbound phone interactions.
• Mindset: Customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, contact centers, or customer support is considered a strong advantage.
