We are seeking a professional French-speaking Content Moderator to join our international digital safety team at our state-of-the-art hub in Athens. In this role, you will be the guardian of a safe and engaging online environment for millions of French-speaking users. Key Responsibilities

• Content Stewardship: Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, and text) in French to ensure strict compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Proactive Security: Identify and escalate instances of hate speech, harassment, or illegal content, acting with speed and precision to protect the digital community.
• Incident Analysis: Resolve inquiries from French-speaking users regarding account restrictions, privacy settings, and content appeals.
• Policy Application: Stay updated on evolving global digital safety regulations and apply them consistently across all moderation tasks.
• Collaborative Safety: Work in our multicultural Athens office alongside digital safety experts to flag emerging trends and large-scale platform violations.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level French and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
• Resilience: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive or objective content professionally.
• Location: Must be willing to work from our physical office in Athens (central location with excellent transit access and modern amenities).
• Aptitude: Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on complex guidelines.
