Are you a German speaker with an interest in insurance or financial services? We're offering a fully remote position supporting German-speaking customers of a leading insurance provider — work from home anywhere in Greece.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Interest in insurance, financial products, or risk management
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers with policy queries, claims, and account management
- Provide clear explanations of insurance products and coverage
- Process customer requests accurately and within agreed service levels
- Escalate complex claims or complaints to specialist teams
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy in all records
