Are you a German speaker with an interest in insurance or financial services? We're offering a fully remote position supporting German-speaking customers of a leading insurance provider — work from home anywhere in Greece.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Interest in insurance, financial products, or risk management
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking customers with policy queries, claims, and account management
  • Provide clear explanations of insurance products and coverage
  • Process customer requests accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Escalate complex claims or complaints to specialist teams
  • Maintain a high standard of data accuracy in all records
